What is Happiness Set Point?
Your happiness set point is the level of happiness that your brain is comfortable with. If you get too happy or too unhappy, your brain is going to kick in and try to readdress the balance. While this is a completely natural reaction for the brain to have, it could just be holding you back without you even realizing.
I have designed these day experiences to up-level your happiness set-point. In the process you may experience shifts during the following month or so that may invite you to let go of that which is no longer in alignment with your new happiness set-point. I recommend these tools for integration of the new energies: Meditation, stillness, hiking, nature, baths, showers, spending time with animals and young children, extra hydration with electrolytes, reducing addictive substances such as caffeine, sugar and processed foods. Angela Kristiansen
Angela has a passion for intuitive and emotional healing within group settings and has been teaching and guiding groups for over a decade. She will lead the group in a Ceremonial Cacao blessing and intention setting experience using movement and imagination. Prepare to journey into a having a deeper connection with your wholeness. Angela is a Breathwork facilitator, Somatic healer, Life Coach and Reiki Master.
WalkingStar
WalkingStar has led individuals and groups on Sound Healing Journeys for over a decade. His work weaves a symphony of sound frequencies incorporating a variety of instruments including Native American flutes, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, didgeridoo, rattles and other sound instrument. WalkingStar has been playing Native American flutes for 22 years.
